Refund Policy

Ultrasound Appointments

  • All ultrasound sessions at Everbloom are non‑diagnostic and provided as a keepsake bonding experience.

  • No refunds are available once the ultrasound has taken place.

  • Image quality can vary depending on factors such as baby’s position, gestation, position of placenta and maternal anatomy. While every effort is made to obtain clear images, results cannot be guaranteed and do not qualify for a refund.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another family.

  • Because payment is made after your appointment, refunds do not apply to cancellations made before the session.

Antenatal Classes

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, but you are welcome to rearrange your appointment for another available time. If EverBloom needs to cancel a class for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

E‑Gift Cards

E‑gift cards are non‑refundable but may be used toward any bookable EverBloom service. They remain valid for three years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
