3D/4D Bonding Ultrasound Sessions

Bookings can be made online or by telephone. Online booking is recommended to secure your preferred time. No deposit is required. You must be at least 16 years old to attend a session or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Bookings can be made online or by telephone. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. A booking confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

Payments

Payment is made on the day of your appointment. Cash and bank card (EFTPOS/credit/debit) are accepted.

Antenatal Classes

Online bookings can be paid by bank card at checkout. Telephone bookings can be paid by bank transfer or bank card.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

3D/4D Bonding Ultrasound Sessions

If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. If I need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date.

Antenatal Classes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Travel

3D/4D Bonding Ultrasound Sessions

No travel fees apply, as all ultrasound sessions take place in the Woodvale studio.

Antenatal Classes (Home Visits)

Travel within 20 km of my location in Perth, WA is included. Additional distance is charged at $1.50 per km, confirmed with you before your appointment.

If you or your guests are unwell, please contact me to reschedule. I may postpone a session if health or safety could be affected. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times.

Antenatal Classes

If you or anyone attending is unwell, please let me know so we can reschedule. For home visits, please ensure the environment is safe, clean, and suitable for teaching.

Service Content & Limitations

3D/4D Bonding Ultrasound Sessions

All ultrasound sessions are non‑diagnostic and for bonding and keepsake purposes only. They do not replace routine medical scans, screening, or clinical care. No medical advice, diagnosis, or assessment is provided.

Image Quality: Image clarity depends on baby’s position, gestation, placenta location and amniotic fluid levels. If facial views cannot be obtained, one complimentary rescan will be offered at a mutually suitable time. Specific images, poses, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Keepsake Products: Any keepsake items (digital images, videos, heartbeat recordings, printed photos, etc.) are provided as part of a non‑clinical bonding experience and are not medical records.

Antenatal Classes

All antenatal education is provided for general information only. It does not replace personalised medical advice, clinical assessment, or midwifery care. Booking a session does not establish a clinical midwife–client relationship, and no medical records or clinical documentation are created.

Guests

You’re welcome to bring a few family members or support people to share the experience. The studio is an intimate space, so while I do my best to accommodate families, smaller groups help keep the session comfortable for everyone and ensure you have the best view of your baby.

Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your appointment. Recording is permitted unless stated otherwise, provided it does not disrupt the session. Food and drinks should not be consumed in the studio.

Please be ready at the scheduled time for online or home‑visit sessions. Late arrivals may reduce the length of your session.

Liability

I am not responsible for limited images due to baby’s position or other factors outside my control. Ultrasound sessions are non‑clinical and do not guarantee specific views or outcomes.

Antenatal Classes

By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions. I am not liable for outcomes related to pregnancy, labour, birth, postpartum care, or any medical concerns.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide is used solely for booking and service purposes and is kept confidential. You may request removal of your information at any time.

Photos & Media

Both Services

Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken for educational or promotional use. By booking, you consent to this unless you tell me otherwise. You may withdraw consent at any time, and your privacy will always be respected.

Gift Cards

Both Services

EverBloom e‑Gift Cards can be used toward ultrasound sessions, antenatal classes, or keepsake items from the shop. Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Bookings made with a gift card are subject to the same terms and conditions as all other appointments.
